Recipe 24: Oreo Fudge Brownie Pizza

Ingredients

For the Brownies:

18 Oreos for the bottom of the pizza pan

1-family size box brownies

2-large eggs

¼-cup of water

½-cup of oil

For the Frosting:

½-cup of Crisco shortening

½-cup of butter

1-cup of marshmallow crème

1-tsp of vanilla

1 ¼-cup of powdered sugar

10 Oreos, chopped (depending on the size chunk you want on top)

Fudge Sauce:

2 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp corn syrup

1/2 cup chocolate chips

*optional 2 tsp HOT water

Instructions

In an enormous bowl, blend the brownie blend, eggs, water, and oil well.

Gently oil a 12" rimmed pizza skillet (I utilized a foil one from the dollar store.) Place 18 Oreos in the base of the container. Pour brownie player over and around the Oreos to uniformly fill the dish.

Remove from broiler to cool.

While the brownies heat and cool, make the icing by beating the shortening and spread in a stand blender with the oar joined (or a hand blender.) Mix in marshmallow creme and vanilla. Gradually blend in powdered sugar. Spread icing uniformly over top of the brownies. Top with hacked Oreos.

Join the elements for the fudge sauce in a bowl—warmth in the microwave for 40 seconds. Mix and sprinkle over the brownie pizza. Include water if necessary, for a more slender shower.
